Neal E Friedman


Since 1982, Neal has represented clients in matters related to intellectual property.  Neal is experienced in prosecuting domestic and foreign trademark applications and in dispute resolution, including mediation and litigation involving trademarks, copyrights, patents, false advertising, trade secrets and unfair competition and including inter partes matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. He is also knowledgeable about negotiating and preparing licensing and other agreements relating to intellectual property.

Neal received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1978 from Vassar College and his law degree in 1981 from Suffolk University Law School. Neal's experience includes representation of international, national and regional companies as well as individuals.
