Charles G Holoubek
Charles is a native of Shreveport, Louisiana and a past Chair of the Intellectual Property Section of the New Hampshire Bar, and past President of the Catholic Lawyers Guild of New Hampshire. He earned a Bachelor's in Biochemistry from Louisiana State University, a Masters of Studies in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School, an MBA from Plymouth State University, and a JD from Franklin Pierce Law Center, focusing on patent and IP law. He also conducted Graduate Engineering work at Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College and Badgley School of Engineering at Mississippi State University.
Charles is experienced in preparing, filing and prosecuting domestic and foreign patent and trademark applications and counseling clients on all aspects of intellectual property law, and is a frequent author and lecturer on intellectual property law topics.
