Patent Attorney Charles G. Holoubek

Shreveport native, Patent Attroney Charles Holoubek

Charles is a native of Shreveport, Louisiana and a past Chair of the Intellectual Property Section of the New Hampshire Bar, and past President of the Catholic Lawyers Guild of New Hamphsire.  He earned his Bachelors in Biochemistry from Louisiana State University, his Masters of Studies in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School, his MBA from Plymouth State University, and his JD from Franklin Pierce Law Center, focusing on patent and IP law. He also conducted Graduate Engineering work at Thayer School of Engineering at Darthmouth College and Badgley School of Engineering at Mississippi State University.

 Charles is experienced in preparing, filing and prosecuting domestic and foreign patent and trademark applications and counseling clients on all aspects of intellectual property law, including patent litigation.
