Since 1981, Neal has represented clients relating to domestic and foreign trademarks, copyrights, patents, unfair competition and false advertising, including complex litigation and inter partes matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Neal specializes in prosecuting domestic and foreign trademark applications and related litigation and also has substantial experience in negotiating and preparing licensing and other agreements relating to trademarks, copyrights and patents.
Neal received his bachelor of arts degree in 1978 from Vassar College and his law degree in 1981 from Suffolk University Law School. Neal’s experience includes representation of some of the world’s largest companies, national and regional companies as well as individuals.
